Glad I didn't buy the domain, seeing how infrequent my post are. Well, here's a brief.
Went camping the first week of August for Riley's 2nd b-day. Got back, lost three girls at work, so we have been training the new ones. There are now only two full time and one part time who is trained for back clinic. It takes four to five of us to efficiently run the clinic. Fun times. Life has been stressful. On top of that, Riley is going into week three of being VERY ill. We are talking 102-104 temps nightly for about a week. Two trips to the doctor, two rounds of antibiotics and two breathing treatments so far. So, that is one reason I have been non existant on the web.
Anyways, heading off to bed. Cleaning and laundry tomorrow. Night and god bless.
How many TVs do you have in your house?
Two. Our 27" in the living room and a little room w/ an attached VHS for Riley to watch her Disney movies.
So today was the usual Sunday. Laundry, cleaning house, cleaning cars, watching the Tudors. Got a really late start, hence still being up this late and having to work tomorrow. Went to a little bon-fire with about ten other people. You know you are redneck when you're parked around a bonfire in a bunch of trucks with love seats on the tailgate on a dead end country road. Fixing to scan some pictures of my uncle's race car and then heading off to bed. Nighty night.
Wow. It has really been awhile. Bah. Lots has happened, lots alway still happening. Cryptic, eh? Grant, Riley, and I are doing good. Rough spots, but we survive as a family. Work is good. I go in October again to take my next level of CPO certification. So, cramming and nerves, yet again. I got a new car. 2003 Taurus SE. Silver. Nice. Driving almost 70 miles a day to work and such, the 8 mpg my truck got just wasn't cutting it. Gas milage was definately my highest priority. Now happily coasting along at around 25-32 mpg. Nice.
My main motivation for an entry at this moment? Its storming (or at least that's my excuse for being awake) and I have been missing the net. For the first time since I first logged on, almost 13 years ago, I have not been on the net more than once to five times a MONTH. But I think its about time to make my presence known again. Thinking about maybe even possibly getting a domain in the next month or so. Not sure yet. May wait and see how I do here for awhile first, or if this is just a passing whim. Time'll tell.
